This review contains spoilers. So she's fat, gained weight after getting married, and he cheated- a lot. He berates her constantly, and when he gets done with his side piece, she's lost the weight and she's caught him. But she'll take him back cause "my heart doesn't know". Only reason he doesn't want her to leave him is, her cooking is good, he would be ridiculed at work and have to pay alimony.

Ladies that kind of behavior is toxic and gross, no man should talk that way to his wife.

Gents women are people, this kinda behavior isn't acceptable.
